Five stars isn’t enough for Lititz Bike Works! From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you like an old friend. They take the time to actually listen to what you need and point you in the right direction — no pressure, just genuine helpfulness. The inventory is wonderful, with a great selection that rivals shops twice their size. Beyond the store itself, they’re deeply rooted in the local community and it shows in everything they do. This is the kind of small business that makes Lititz special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a bike, gear, or just solid advice from people who truly know and love cycling!

My wife and I visited Lititz Bike Works as novices. It’s been years since we’ve ridden a bike and Mark walked us through all of the options available. Of course, we each wanted different things and he had bikes in stock that worked perfectly for both of us! Our new e-bikes are fun and convenient, we highly recommend Lititz Bike Works to anyone shopping for a new ride!

Update! - amazing after the sale service too! We took back a bike for a little work and a few add on upgrades. And now, the bike is better than ever!

I just had my first experience with Lititz Bike Works. They are giving bikes to children in area for Xmas and my grandson was fortunate enough to receive one. It is an amazing gift that I know he will love and it means a lot to us as a family. Thank you so much to Lititz Bike Works!! It is a wonderful thing you are doing! Merry Christmas!!!!!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff makes me want to keep coming back.
And keep coming back I do.... This time for maintenance items I needed. Not sure why I’ve bought tubes through Amazon in the past, as the price is as good at my bike shop and the quality is consistent. Support your local bike shops - you can't find that kind of experience online!

I took Mark a bike with a frozen seat post. After failing to get it out, Mark charged me nothing and referred me to an auto mechanic who was - with considerable effort- able to remove the post. Thank you Mark.

This is the second time I have used them, and it is always a pleasure doing business with them.
My bike is fixed to perfection each time, and quickly.
Great place & highly recommended!

I’ve worked with Mark since he opened his first bicycle shop in Intercourse, PA, about 10 years ago. After expanding to a second location in Lititz, he has consistently delivered exceptional service. Mark always greets me warmly and takes time to catch up whenever I visit the shop.

Recently, I was experiencing recurring issues with my bike’s shifting and drivetrain. Mark and Josh made the process of updating the components on my 15-year-old Lynskey Cooper seamless. They clearly explained what updates were necessary and why investing in my bike was worthwhile. Their guidance ensures I’ll be able to keep riding for years to come.

Saturday 7/11 - while Visiting from fla w my bike. Went for a ride and the rear sprocket came off the wheel. The tech fixed it in minutes with a new sprocket while I waited. Excellent service and saved my vacation.
