Our pre-owned bikes are purchased new from Lititz Bikeworks and traded in when the child outgrows it. When bikes are traded in to us, they go through an evaluation checklist by our technicians and get a detailed tune before resale.

Each bike gets rating number from 1 to 10, here is what to expect from our rating system:

• 10 out of 10 is cosmetically and mechanically perfect.
• 8/9 out of 10 is mechanically perfect and may have a minor scratch or two.
• 6/7 out of 10 is mechanically perfect and shows sign of cosmetic wear.
• 5/6 out of 10 is a good riding bike but has cosmetic wear/corrosion.
• 5 or below means it still rides, but mom or dad rode over it with their car backing out of the driveway, so it looks pretty beat :)
