First and most obvious, you’ve gotta try it on! Whether it’s a bicycle, a pack, or a pair of shoes, being able to compare competing brands or different styles offers a wealth of information that internet stats and consumer reviews can never provide. Is the bike too small? The shoes too big? The pack sitting correctly on your back? We’re here to answer all of that! Our experienced team of Outsiders knows how things should fit and feel and we’ll help you find your sweet spot! We’ll also be able to match the bicycle or gear to its intended use. We won’t let you leave with the heaviest hikers if your goal is short distances at fast speeds, for example!

Second, we’re here for the long haul. Bike slipping out of gear? Strap broken on a bag? Just let us know! We stand by our products and we stand with our customers. We’ve got you! We’ll adjust the bike and we’ll warranty the bag. The internet (and usually the big box stores) can’t do that! We’ll also help you as you grow in the sport.
