Local Rides
Lancaster County’s rural farm roads are a bicyclist’s dream. The Amish farms and covered bridges that dot the county can be experienced up close. Bicycling also allows for easy discovery of the many interesting things that you might see. It’s no wonder why so many cycling publications consistently rank Lancaster County as a top riding destination. If local rides on road makes you feel uneasy, then be sure to ask us about the many rails-to-trails in Lancaster County. These pedestrian only use trails are a perfect way to take in the beauty of the landscape and not have to worry about vehicular traffic.
Mountain Biking
If you are into Mountain Biking, we have some of the most well maintained trails in Pennsylvania. SAMBA (Susquehanna Area Mountain Bikers Association) protects and encourages mountain bike trail access by creating positive working relationships with area land management agencies. They provide tons of information, education and support to Central Pennsylvania mountain bike riders.
