Register online to extend your woom bike warranty to 10 years

You can extend the standard 2-year warranty on aluminum frames, rigid forks, handlebars, stems, and cranks to 10 years for free.

To extend your warranty, you’ll need to join our woom Riders’ Club and register your woom bike online within 9 weeks of buying it – and provide proof of purchase.

If you have more than one woom bike in your family, you’ll need to register each of them separately for the extended warranty.

Just like the standard 2-year warranty, the extended 10-year warranty does not cover signs of normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
